Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

Plan4Sport has been working with the Equality Standard for Sport since its inception in 2004 and remains heavily involved in the delivery of the Equality Standard for Sport across the UK, having supported and assessed more than 250 different National Governing Bodies of Sport in England, Scotland and Wales. We also devise EDI Frameworks and support professional clubs to implement these.

Plan4Sport has been commissioned to undertake independent reviews of National Governing Bodies equality, diversity and inclusion work. These in-depth reviews scrutinise EDI across the whole organisation, including the professional and community aspects of the sport, and make clear recommendations where change is needed to develop modern, inclusive businesses. Our extensive team of EDI experts undertake the reviews and, once the recommendations are published, work alongside each body to implement the changes.
